This looks like a great idea and I was looking forward to an easier way to connect. Unfortunately, the holes did not match the existing ones on my trailer. The horizontal spacing was correct and fitted perfectly, but the clutch didn't sit far enough. It was offset about 1/4 inch vertically, making it impossible to slide the bolt through the hole. I didn't want to drill extra. I don't know if it was a problem with the dimensions of my trailer or with this item. Too bad, otherwise it seemed like a great product.
