I love that I can get 15 shop paper vacuum bags at a reasonable price. I use them to collect leaves in my driveway. A full bag or not doesn't matter - I throw it away and put a new one in. The problem is that these are very thin paper bags so I have to be very careful when attaching them because they tear very easily. I sealed every gap with tape and installed it anyway. Now that I know the problem with them, I'm wary of installing bags, I've found them to work well for my personal purposes.
