a week after application, significantly less hair remains on the comb, nails shine. I always had good skin, but now I don’t recognize it, it’s inflamed, acne appeared ((((reduced the dosage to 1 ton per day - it got better If you take a pill not immediately after a meal - terrible nausea, and if later than 16:00 - a surge of energy, I can’t fall asleep until 5:00, insomnia (I read in reviews that many have this) large tablets

- terrible side effects, it is better not to take 2 capsules
