They are NOT leak proof

I tested a few by filling them with water and leaving them on their side and upside down for a day and nothing leaked. BUT when I put gel polish in them and traveled with them (the reason I bought them) they leaked all over and made a big mess.

My return window closed yesterday, but I discovered today that these jars leak. I also received a complaint from a friend who I gave a sample to, that hers also leaked.
