It turns out smaller than expected. Usually a size 10-12 is a bit big for my 9 year old, this one was tighter than expected and the sleeves are almost too short. It also looked neatly used, I wasn't impressed. The zipper also gets stuck, which I don't expect from a new raincoat. The material looks very thin and cheap. She likes unicorns so I won't be returning it but I suspect it will only last one season.
