I like that it's easy to use for candidates as well. The interface is very intuitive which makes things easier when you're new at using this system. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major or anything really bad about them. It has helped me out in finding suitable applicants who fit my requirements perfectly! This program helps us with our hiring process by allowing employers to find qualified job seekers from all over the world and filter through their resumes until they get one suited just right for them.
