What a NIGHTMARE assembly!
Instructions were vaguely helpful I guess but the mis made parts made this a effing nightmare to assemble, since then though we don’t move it much so I don’t know about rolling but it has been a good cart to store our "necessities" on to keep them in our bedroom and away from the teenagers
