Review on SwiftCase by Kev Mills

The ease at which we were able create our first case was amazing! It's so simple for someone with no tech experience like myself but also very user friendly if your more experienced in this area as well. I think one thing i dislike about it would be how long some cases take from being submitted until they are "live". For us its not an issue because most people who request help will have their problem resolved within 24 hours or less (that said sometimes there isn't anything wrong w/the client). We've had several clients ask why we charge them after such short timespan when other companies give out free software updates forever (and pay only $25 per year!).
