Just a stylus, but it's a great stylus.

I'm a bit disappointed in myself as I think it was a pack of 3 pens so not just 1 but it's really good. It is well built and the expansion makes it much more comfortable for the new 3DS XL. I use it as a backup stylus and carry it in a pocket while leaving the standard stylus on its side at all times. But it's too expensive, not worth $5. I paid for it, it's good, but it's just such a high price, don't buy it again.
