Soft material but arrived broken.
I was very happy about it. It's a good size and the center is soft (a bit soft). However, it arrived broken. When I took it out of the box, a flexible metal ring was sticking out of the hole in the velcro. I'm assuming this velcro area is for removing the ring when washing. However, the metal sticks out (due to a torn seam) and has no way of connecting to the other end of the circle. I'm worried it might hit the baby if he poses over the edge of the bucket.
