There was a small mistake with my original shipment when the package arrived but the pen itself was not in the box but don't worry I have the seller and the contacted response was timely and polite. The seller immediately sent a replacement. I'm glad I contacted the seller and didn't just send it back because the stylus is great quality, works well and is a lot cheaper than a real Apple stylus! Definitely recommend
