We are using xc for our ERP implementation at work, it was very easy integration with other applications we use in office like SAP which makes life much easier during daily operations management tasks such as invoices creation or accounting reconciliation etc..

The support team available 24x7 through ticketing system helps us resolve any issue instantly without hassle especially when you need help from India side due time difference issues arises sometimes but they always get back soon with solution provided by them within minutes only! Nothing specific I dislike about this software if anything its looks good enough so no complains there :) Highly recommendable since ease integrations across multiple application used day-to Day activities will be done easily just few clicks away instead doing all manually!! And also best customer service experience ever i got working here compared others who charge more than twice cost price offered! The team at xct has been very helpful in our transition from being only small business users with little knowledge about cloud computing, into full-fledged Cloud Admins who know how it works inside & outside! They have helped us understand what we don’t yet fully grasp as well by providing training courses for all new hires (even interns). I would love if they could do more work around customer service but other than that everything was great!!
