These types of beds need to be expanded when opened, but after 24 hours they turned into a terrible huge lumpy mess. Even the "bottom" of the bed in the middle where the dog is lying was so bumpy and round that my dog was able to climb in and tip the bed over like a pilates ball or something. The texture was also a lot rougher than you would expect from these fluffy beds. My review also includes the seller I contacted when I bought two for both dogs and both beds were terrible and asked how I could return them as they are now 4 times the size of the box they came in and also told them how the product was totally inadequate. Their only response was to simply "return the item in the packaging it came in" and not give me any other options. I ended up putting them in my complex's trash can because I thought someone might need them, and someone took them. Get it - 3 weeks later I see them both being thrown in the dumpster for a good upgrade - change that to 3 stars only to contact support and refund my money. I can't recommend the beds but really appreciate the solution to the problem.
