On December 26th, I purchased it as a replacement for the Logitech G102 (doubleclick appeared after 2 years). On February 1st, the old one went entirely kaput, and we attached the new one. After four days, I was finally able to adjust to the tight keys and the new shape. On February 10th, the sensor stopped working properly. There is no use in getting in touch with them because they will forward your concern to a service center. After working my way through the unfavorable reviews, I was able to locate a solution that included a link to flashing the mouse. earned, then refunded. I have no idea how long this will last. But, I placed an order for a new G102 on Amazon.com. I should have kept this one for myself because it's a shame that I gave away 3600. But I won't be taking anything else from the hyper because, with such bugs on the software component, this mouse is not worth 4,000 dollars.
