Transmitter would not pair

I purchased the Starpoint extra add on remote transmitter. This would not pair with my system, So it was returned to Ebay for refund

Pros

this remote was an add on to the set we got I carry this on me to alert family if I need help

Cons

Button on remote transmitter is too small and difficult to press
