Updated - I am giving it a 4 over the previous review shown below because the velcro does not hold together as expected. It is removed at least once a day. I have tried several other knee pads for patellar subluxation issues and these work better than any I have tried. And it's not too bulky in comparison and can be worn under a robe to not stand out as I have to wear it to work every day.
