I received my bed sheets and washed them as directed, even ironed the pillowcases. I have never ironed sheets or pillowcases. I noticed that one of the pillowcases was not grained and was not ironed or hung properly. The company emailed me to leave a review. I told them about the pillowcase. They asked for photos. I sent photos. Then I was told to order another set and they would credit my account. I received two more emails regarding the loan processing. To date I have never received it. Very disappointed with customer service. 2-1/2 months have passed! Credit is not visible. If one of your sheets is defective, send it back to Revain. Don't mess with their customer service.
