Works great with my floss irrigator
This works fine with my floss irrigator but it doesn't clear the sinuses and also a small machine that pumps/suctions water through each cavity. After using this I still had to give blowjobs which was still very productive. The good news is that sinus cleansing has changed my life. I used to have to use multiple types of nasal sprays throughout the day, antihistamines, blowdowns, etc. If you can't afford a device that comes with small pre-mixed capsules, this is an acceptable alternative as it hydrates the inside. Cavity to facilitate blowing. Just buy a few pre-mixed salt packs and you're good to go. 👃
