I'm sorry to say that while Sunda's customer service is very good, the quality of their products is frankly "terrible". -- Timeline: The original Sunda 4-port charging adapter lasted 60 days, and then the bottom two ports (power indicator above) failed. Devices will not charge from either the bottom USB-C or USB-A ports. Tested devices with this charger and a neighbor's Anker charger: (same devices, same cords, same outlet that adapters plug into): Neighbor worked. Sunda not. I complained and they quickly sent me another charging adapter 3 days later - that was great customer service but the last great part of this company. The second charger just received yesterday was plugged in today and the blue power light went out after 50 seconds. NO charging power was and is not available on NONE of the 4 ports. The charger has been removed and reinserted to no avail. I swapped adapters (same cables, same devices) and my original Sunda charger worked on the top two ports - so no change, and my neighbor's Anker worked fully again. --- So that's TWO faulty chargers with varying degrees of port failure. Their engineering and quality assurance processes are clearly flawed and their products are not ready for sale. I don't think it's possible to get a refund at the moment, but it is possible. what i asked for I could not find a warranty statement for this product anywhere on the internet or in the accompanying literature, unlike the 1 year warranty on Anker and WOTOBEUS products. I doubt I will ever buy a Sunda product again, but I will rely on Anker and WOTOBEUS. Products I have used in the past have NEVER failed and should (and will) buy from now on. I would give this product 0 stars if I could and then if I could I would give 4 stars for the prompt customer service. This company makes defective products. Period.
