The whole process from set up & configuration took less than 5 minutes! I had no issues at any stage during this setup or integration phase - everything went smoothly! They were also very responsive throughout our project engagement period too which helped us build trust as we worked together towards achieving success both within their organization but most importantly through our partnership! Nothing so far!! We are now able to gather customer feedback via email surveys without having them come into contact directly with sales team members/employees etc., thereby reducing direct support costs by 30-40%.
