Review on 💿 Pinnacle Dazzle DVD Recorder HD: High-Definition Video Capture & Editing Device for PC by Adolfo Goins

After spending a few days learning how to digitize analog mini DV tapes with a camcorder, I found this product on YouTube and decided to buy it to to turn a treasure trove of memories into a box of enclosed by Miniband DV. I installed the app on my Windows 10 PC from the installation CD that came with it. After making the connections as per the Getting Started guide, I was pleased to see the video from the camcorder in Playback mode in the Dazzle application window on the PC. I walked away from the PC during the import and noticed that the login screen appeared on the PC. A bit confused as to how the login screen appeared, I started importing the smaller video clip again and found that when I clicked stop recording I got a blue screen informing me that the app had encountered an error was and the device was restarted. This happened a few more times before calling Pinnacle Customer Service and chatting with Philbin. I informed him about the problem and in the middle of the chat he just left the chat without solving the problem. I then called support and the tech sent me a download link for the Windows 10 app. I am returning this product and I regret that I worked on it for half a day. Below is a list of issues: The installation CD that came in the box was written to be for Windows 7, 8 and Vista. and this installation took at least 1.5 hours. Each time the user management screen was displayed. Chat with Philbin was disallowed and yet he left the chat without notification. Blue screen that crashed the system every time the import was stopped for Windows 10. It took 2.25 hours to install. It was very difficult to assemble, no instructions.
