Review on 🌟 Glowing Green Craft Vinyl Sheet 12"x30" for Silhouette, Cricut, and Cameo - High-Energy Adhesive for a Glossy Finish by Lori Aguirre

This was one of the few non-HTV glow-in-the-dark vinyls. I wanted to make some Halloween signs with my Cricut so I bought it. First, it appears to glow in the dark (I haven't checked how long, but it glows). That's all that's good. This material feels at least three times thicker than regular vinyl, and when you unfold it, it has a lot of bubbles and creases. There is also a thin transparent film on the top that needs to be removed. After removing the foil I had to pull the bottom layer as straight as possible, then lift the vinyl UP to pull and try to smooth out the wrinkles with a bridle before running it through the machine. For better or worse, this material is more like a thick window, so I could lift it up and then push it back down and it didn't stick to anything. I'm pretty sure you couldn't do that with regular vinyl. Since I was making a larger sign, I used a 12x24 mat and unrolled 22 inches of this material at a time. It can be easier to get a smooth section if you're just making small decals and trying to get a small section of smooth vinyl at a time. I chose the thickest vinyl I could (holographic) and then set the machine to "higher pressure" to make sure it cuts. I was able to get the cuts I wanted, but the process was more complicated than craft vinyl designed for Cricut machines. FWIW, I also bought a fluorescent orange from this company and that material was completely different - very thin, like thinner than craft vinyl. For a one-time use of the Halloween sign in my own home, I had both vinyls work for me. But I wouldn't buy this brand again for craft vinyl. You don't know what you will actually end up with.
