The use of headphones is highly recommended. The noise canceler that is superior to all others available. The Bose headphones had a better fit, and I preferred the sound quality they produced. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. I was unable to tolerate them and thus did not apply. I contacted technical support, which did not answer any of my questions or solve any problems. They admitted that there was a problem, but they insisted that the behavior was consistent with the headphones' intended purpose. The benefits of it include: 1) good noise reduction 2) more or less comfortable fit 3) several configuration options within the application 4) sound suitable for an amateur, with somewhat more bass than Bose (II-35, 70nc) - unenhanced sound quality 5) contemporary design There is no communication through the headphones when receiving calls on an Apple phone; instead, the call is transferred to the phone (while the touch panel on the phone is disabled). This is one of the drawbacks that this product possesses.
