Excellent smoker for home grilling. It is well packed. The smoker box measures just over 8 1/2 inches, about 4 inches wide and not quite 2 inches tall. It's made of thin stainless steel with holes on the top and sides. It is unidirectional and the hinges feel well constructed. It comes with a fairly generic guide to smoking meat that I haven't used yet. It also includes a combo grill cleaner and bottle opener. In fact, it contains quite a lot of wood chips. Very simple: Soak wood chips for about 15-20 minutes, put them in the smoker and place them directly on the grill. I put it on the grill while I bring it up to temperature. No need to hide it behind bars. I've used it a few times on a very hot grill and it seems to be holding up well. Overall this is a really high quality product for the price and I will be using a ton of these.
