Review on πŸ₯’ Paderno World Cuisine Vegetable Slicer Spiralizer Pro: Folding 4-Blade, Counter-Mounted with 4 Stainless Steel Blades by Misty Wood

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Spiral - YES! Yes, this model is

Does what it says on the tin. Not happy with the design of this particular model. Blades are not marked A/B/C/D, but all recipes refer to using A, B, C, or D blades; I really had to delve into the reading and do some math to know which blade to use; very frustrating. The device works, the blades cut, but there are no problems. What is cut out just falls out and will NOT fall cleanly into the front tray. I end up washing the whole thing every time I use it, which kinda belies the nice feature of keeping the blades underneath. It's good to have blades for storage, but I have to remove all the blades every time I use the appliance because I have to wash everything. The newer models I've seen have a sealed container under or in front of the blades; what is cut can only go into this vessel; very cute and I would like one too. This model - what's cut out goes everywhere, including on the counter. The changes in my diet cannot be overstated; Replace pasta and rice and add more veggies to my diet - AWESOME! And I highly recommend Ali Maffucci's Sprializer books (although they could have used more pictures). But I'm just not very happy with a particular model.
