[EDIT - 7/25/2020] - So it's been a few days since I left a one star review and after contacting the customer service listed in the documentation I contacted the seller. My full purchase price was refunded and they sent me a replacement computer. So far I cannot ask for better customer service, it has been exemplary. I planned to use it for computer control of my telescope. When I first got it, I just turned it on and took the time to set it up for remote desktop. Then I didn't use it for a few months while I assembled the rest of the telescope equipment. It worked long enough that night that I downloaded my astronomy software and then just signed out. I tried resetting it multiple times and ended up turning it off multiple times and nothing worked.
