Review on 🌬️ SkyGenius Rechargeable USB Powered Stroller Fan, Portable Clip-on Mini Desk Fan by Matt Travers

Nice fan but be careful

I really needed a fan but didn't want to spend a lot. Mixed reviews of them but I couldn't afford to be picky. Here's what I found. Great fan, 3 settings but all plastic. The charging cable is very short, no adapter. Take it out and charge it up. Heat was generated at the charging station, which made me nervous. The heating wasn't strong, but I was afraid that the plastic would weaken over time. I found a longer cable and used it while it was plugged in overnight. I was afraid it would overheat, but I took a chance because I didn't want the fan to stop at night. The next day I woke up and it was still happily working. I felt it inside out but there was no heat at all. Completely cool to the touch. My theory is that a fan works best for those who will be using it all the time. If you leave it charging until the next use, heat will build up, the plastic will melt, your charging port will move and you won't be happy. You can live happily ever after with this fan as long as you don't leave it on when it's off. If you want to use it wirelessly, you need to charge it right before. A red light illuminates on the back and turns blue when charging is complete. Turn it off immediately and get on your way. It took about 2 hours plus or minus to charge. That quirk aside, I love this fan! A small miracle that fully meets all requirements. πŸ˜Žβ„οΈUPDATE: The rating has been reduced to two stars. This fan has only one speed. This perfectly demonstrates the transition to high speed on the third setting, but once the fan stays there it slowly returns to the slow setting. Turning it off and back on at maximum speed will slow it down again. I don't think I'm angry. You get what you pay for, but you know you're getting it. A plastic fan that works, but not by much.
