Better for interior decoration.
Didn't last long. A light breeze and I chased her down the street. The small bets they send are useless. They have a hard time keeping her on the ground. I ended up using wooden dowels which strengthened them considerably and held them in place for a while. But a strong gust of wind and they break in half. The foam just doesn't stand up to the outside elements. It is better to use them for interior decoration. They're super cute, if that's any consolation.
