It works, I apply it for between 1 and 3 minutes for each coat It doesn't seem to set after applying the base and color coat but once you have applied the top coat and cured it is made entirely by Jusr as if they were made in a salon. People who say it doesn't work are doing it wrong. I've already used it twice and both times it worked perfectly Moment is perfect
