Great tool for prospecting and lead generation

The insights into my prospect's behavior/patterns are amazing! It allows me see how they interact with other products that I am marketing or considering buying from them as well - very helpful data points so i can make better decisions when choosing which offers go out next month (or even today). Sometimes it takes too long before you receive your results but once received its an invaluable tool if used correctly. We've been using this product since our acquisition by Salesforce some years ago now & have seen no negative effect at all due their support team being brilliant throughout every step we needed help along way through implementing these tools within sales force org structure etc.. Its great seeing what people like about us via surveys sent after campaigns run here; makes sure everyone knows who likes working together most effectively whilst also knowing where improvements need addressed eg. improving training needs / onboarding process could be improved further e.g more specific content available during induction period would improve confidence levels early days of new hiree joining organisation.- Realising peoples preferences helps I love that you can create an account with one click without having any knowledge about what they are doing or why we need their data. So far it has been easy to use our own apps (Salesforce) but sometimes when there's no way around using Salesforce as your CRM system this becomes complicated. The software seems very intuitive once you get used to its layout. It also helps us keep track of all incoming leads/emails which makes follow up much easier than before.
