Yes. I've had several vests for $100-200. This is the cheapest and my favorite. The design of the bag was thoughtful, lightweight and kept out the wind. perfect for summer and winter. I usually wear big shirts/hoodies. I had to return the large one for the medium one. the middle one fits nice and tight. looks great
