I like that we can easily track our candidates through their application process! It is easy for us since it integrates with other applications such as LinkedIn so there are no issues when switching between two programs or websites. The service itself has not been great in terms of customer support - sometimes you have to wait days just to get an answer from someone who doesn't even know what they're talking about. This system allows me to keep up with my applicants' progress throughout every step of the hiring cycle which makes things much easier than having them manually fill out paperwork each time something changes along the way. If nothing else this program does help eliminate paper trails (which really helps cut down on errors). Since everything goes into one place, there's less work involved once we've hired somebody because we don't need to go back over old records looking for anything new. Also saves money since now we do.
