Great training tool off ice!
Works great for my needs. Practice stick handling, toe drags and dangles off ice on roller blades. Saves my stick from excessive wear. No problems with breakage but not doing any shooting. The added weight is a + as well for my transition back to ice with lighter weight on stick.
