Installation: This will take a little time and patience, it's not the fault of the product. Of course it was a lot simpler than the Sena I replaced since it's all in one. The Velcro allows for the attachment of headphones and a microphone and comes with an additional fastening strap. The wires are thin enough to fit between the grooves, giving the impression of being embedded. The kit contains 2 fasteners. One can snap off, the other is attached with tape. Sound: Very impressed with the sound, even with some street noise. The better the noise cancellation of the helmet, the better the sound quality. Microphone: Works, but is a bit clunky for me and had no other option, nor can it be replaced. Device Function: It only took a few minutes to get comfortable and a quick spin will take you to the next song. Much easier than older models. Overall: A great device, just a smaller microphone. It was very easy to pair it with my new iPhone.
