Very easy implementation and customer success
I like how easy it was from start-to finish! You could see exactly what we needed - very organized process of getting information out as quickly possible once completed with legal department input/approval.
The customer support team really helped us get through any technical difficulties or questions along this entire project timeline which worked so well considering our volume requirements (and not having much prior experience). This solution has been fantastic; however there are some limitations when dealing with large volumes such as ours where many employees have access across multiple locations within one account area. We were able solve these issues by setting up different roles / permissions but would recommend using other products if looking at larger enterprise scale implementations due to cost concerns related to licenses etcetera.
- It's ease & convenience for users, low maintenance costs in terms both time spent managing accounts plus software licensing fees + user productivity is high because they don't need extensive training unlike previous solutions requiring more handson learning hours per year than most companies can provide resources towards
