I was so happy to get this. It arrived on time and very well packaged. The strainer works, but the handle is difficult to turn, probably because the paddles are actually touching part of the strainer (which I think is a good thing). It may dissolve after use. I used it for powdered sugar and it was a little harder to beat than flour. You just want to make sure you're making 2 cups or less, 1 cup at a time seems more ideal. The product leaks out at the top (there's nothing you can do about it) and some product seeps around the outside of the hand crank. However, in general, this is much better than the type you need to compress. I decided to keep it because I believe that every brand of connecting rod will have the same problems. I'll try covering the top with plastic wrap or foil to be neater. Good thing the product has a lifetime guarantee!
