Someone recommended I take my homemade zucchini and make it "vegetarian" so I decided to give it a try. This is a very basic cookware and it does the job well. The only issue I had was that some of my giant zucchini wouldn't fit all the way into the appliance at their largest points, but I expect my zucchini and yellow squash will fit just fine.
