XXL bottoms and XL tankini fit me. I'm 5ft 8in, 185lbs and pear shaped. Unlike another reviewer, the top doesn't flow below but fits snugly against my stomach and covers the bottom. Waist 36 inches, Belly 43 inches, Hips 46 inches. My usual size is 14 but I bought a bigger one because you can make it tighter but not make it bigger. The sizes I ordered turned out to be perfect. The only thing that bothers me is that the lacing on the pants looks lumpy under the tankini top. I took them off and instead sewed 2 darts down the sides of the bottoms (they have an extra waistband at the top which makes it easy to just tighten the top elastic).
