best used in deep groove ball bearings

I knocked the old ones out of my handcart wheels with a punch and pressed the new ones in by hand. I used some Loctite to ensure they stay in place. They are covered with rubber grommets while the original ones were open and didn't last very long. Time will tell how long they last
