The product itself is in perfect condition but the absolute horror of how it is packaged in the bottle is what earned this review a star. I bought 3 bottles. When the first bottle stops inflating, a quarter of the product should be left in the bottle. No matter how you tap it, it won't pump out. I had to take the pump off and smack my arm for another two weeks to get the rest out. Now I'm on my second bottle and the pump doesn't even work. I tried my third bottle, this pump doesn't work. I'm contemplating putting that damn shit in the mailbox just to make sure I get it all out. I don't understand why they can't put this lotion in a tube. Worst packaging solution.
