Review on 🚰 Express Water Filtration Cartridge Replacement by James Vilchez

I have an Express Water whole house filtration system that I am happy with. I changed the filters last Sunday (which I do every three months) and as soon as I turned the water back on all the water in my house went black. I let it sit for a few minutes and it lightened up a bit, but it still looked gross. We waited three days and it was still discolored. Today I removed the filters and washed them all (because the inside of the filter housings were covered with black slime). I also drained the water heater and water tank until the water ran clear. The attached photo was taken today (three days after they were originally installed (haven't thrown them away yet). After a few minutes the water started to clear. There is definitely something wrong with this latest filter pack and the return period is already over. Me would be grateful if the company would allow me to return the defective filters and send me a new set. I would appreciate your reply. Thank you
