camera works. just not in my shop
I bought this camera as a cheaper alternative to an out of stock camera I was looking for. The Joy-DocCam is connected to my computer and seems to be reading trading cards perfectly. However, it did not interact properly with my scanning software. We had to buy another more expensive camera. Joy-DocCam runs the same software when we connect to a laptop at home. Maybe it was the neon lights in the store that ruined everything. 4/5 stars for work just not where I need it.
