I received an item that looks like it has been used. First, the box was torn front and back and not sealed with plastic like most items. The earbuds didn't have a clear seal on the metal tips that are usually present before charging. In addition, both headphones have a separate Bluetooth connection, instead of one there are two. Is that even normal? It looks like I have a separate earbud from another device. I tried resetting them to sync them but that didn't work. I uninstalled them from my phone and then reinstalled them, but that didn't work either. Overall I am just disappointed in these headphones as I read such great reviews about them and paid more for them than my son's headphones. His work is better and they're half the price of these. These headphones just don't sync with each other. you suck! I will send these back as soon as possible!
