It couldn't be easier to assemble. You literally thread it through your pant or belt loops and when it goes through the right side, thread the other side of the buckle, press the extra part of the belt and thread it through the belt loop. It is so easy. People think about it too much and get it wrong and then download it. It works great and the buckle closes and unlocks very well. It won't accidentally lock or unlock when you're moving or active. Being a tactical belt, I don't think I can go out and fight an entire army of commandos or Nicaraguan soldiers, but it's a cool belt nonetheless.
