Overall this is a good product. Easy to apply and easy to remove from the skin. It removes hair really well. However, what I didn't like: - The description says the heat-up time is 10 minutes, but even with a bag of beans, the heat-up time at medium temperature was about 15-20 minutes. If you put 3-4 sachets to fill the pot (as you can see on the product photo) at a high temperature (I have 230, maximum 240), the warm-up time is about 30-35 minutes. It's okay that it takes longer to heat up, but very annoying that the product description says 10 minutes. The product came without instructions. I had to go back to Amazon to see the instructions in the photo here. Beans are shown in black bags with a small translucent "window". It's okay, but mine arrived in a white package with a large translucent "window".
