This scale is accurate for measuring weight only. Body fat and BMR are very inaccurate. For me, this 20% overestimated body fat percentage was 300 kcal lower compared to the actual and measured BMR. It's very odd that the app said I was excellent in most areas and then rated low fat and BMR. I confirmed this to be wrong with a professional doctor's office test and I also bought other scales like this to test as well. The other scale was very close to the doctor's office, and this scale was very far away. The app is great and easy to use, but what's the point if the data is wrong.
