Failed to load media. I liked this bandage at first, but after about two weeks the velcro stopped sticking. It's very comfortable and keeps my wrist in the perfect position. So I have no pain, no numbness, no tingling at night. But now, for example, if I move my wrist to adjust the pillow, the velcro comes loose and I have to wake up and put it back on. I bought it a little over a month ago and now I have no return window. Edited on 9/9/19. I'm changing my rating from two stars to three stars because the company contacted me after my last review and sent me another brace. It doesn't change the fact that I bought two of these braces and both have velcro that no longer work. Deteriorate the bracket. I am currently using the brace they sent me but it is the exact same brace and the exact same velcro. I can already tell that this velcro is starting to stick poorly. And I've only had this for a week. But thank you for contacting me and sending me another brace. Edited again. Thank you if I change my review as they sent me a different brace. So that she can continue her business. I've attached a video to show that the new brace also has velcro which sucks. I will not change my rating and am tempted to deduct a star. I BOUGHT 2 OF THEM!
