Review on ALAIX by Joe Olson

I was eager to give ALAIX a try because I frequently buy for apparel, footwear, and accessories online. My interactions with the business have been less than ideal. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating the site and wasted more time than required looking for specific information. When I did make a buy, I was let down by the low-grade materials used to make them. The clothes were poorly manufactured and ill-fitting, and the shoes were painful to wear and quickly wore out. Even worse, I couldn't get a response from customer service when I attempted to request a refund or exchange. It required multiple tries and weeks of waiting before I got a response, and the outcome still wasn't great. In general, if you're searching for reasonably priced, high-quality clothing, ALAIX is not the place to go. There is a lack of quality in both the products and the customer support offered by the company. Don't bother, and go somewhere else.
