What the buyer should know - Painting tools and equipment

This is my third and hopefully last edition. When I bought my first set it looked like it was in use. Come to find out that every set is tested. Maybe this was the holdover I experienced and I don't know. I returned the set unused. I didn't get a chance to test my replacement set and when I checked my guns I found that they were leaking in various places. Revain was fantastic but I couldn't wait for another set so I had to leave due to time and weather constraints. Pros: 1. Takes about half as much air as other hvlp, in fact it's more like lvlp. My 15 gallon Dewalt compressor worked fine. My neighbor's Devlibiss pistol uses 9 cfm, this one uses about 4 cfm.2. Features parts and accessories that you don't need to purchase separately, such as: B. a water filter to prevent moisture from the compressed air getting into your paint and a lockable gun base pressure regulator so you can control the appropriate psi on your paint. Special 3. Color system helps separate nozzle sizes.4. It was possible to achieve smooth application of car paint.5. Each weapon has a hook, and if you're smart you can build a small rack to hang the weapon for a moment while it's in use. Wait a bit or you may clog the gun. 6. Able to achieve football/cigar shape.7. Filters are easy to remove.8. The kit has finished painting the mobile home and is ready for the next project. Cons: 1. My guns were slow leaking in places not intended for teflon tape, so I bought epoxy putty from the plumbers and plugged the leaks.2. Slower than pistols that use more air.3. Filters are difficult to restore.4. The ink flow adjustment can be unscrewed until it comes out, so be careful. Trying to fill it up with a full tank isn't fun.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some little things
