I bought these glasses because as a law student I spend most of the day staring at a laptop screen. And then there's the inevitable TV and glancing at my phone. So it seemed my eyes were staring at some kind of screen for most of the day. My vision started blurring and I felt like my eyes were strained all the time, but the optometrist said my vision hadn't really changed. Then my migraines got worse and the pressure and pain behind my eyes started interfering with my work. So I decided to try blue light blocking glasses and I'm so glad I did. I can't say that these glasses took away the pressure and pain in my eyes, but they made looking at screens all day more bearable and I haven't gone a day without them since they came out. My eyes no longer feel very tired and "burned" after a long day at school, which is great. Note: The lenses have a slight yellow tint that is not visible in the photo.
